Work schedule is Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.

Fresh out of school with minimal knowledge of trucks but a good knowledge of mechanics. Displays a strong desire to be in this profession. Can complete jobs with constant supervision. Light tools required. "On the job training."
Wage range $16.50 - 18.00
Able to complete all jobs contracted by company with reasonable amount of support from supervisor and additional tooling from shop. Must own a complete set of hand tools and sockets up to 1 1/4 inch, screwdrivers, and test light.
Wage range $18.00 - 20.00
Able to complete all jobs contracted by company with light supervision and company tooling. Able to understand the results of troubleshooting and makes repairs per supervisor's advisement. Must own complete set of hand tools up to 1 1/4 inch, screwdrivers, some electrical diagnostic equipment, and minimal general air tools. May have a specialized set of traits, clutches, transmission work, engines, electrical, etc. Has general idea of what parts are called and their function.
Wage range $20.00 - 23.25
Able to complete all jobs contracted by company with minimal supervision. Able to perform duties in shop or field if required. Able to troubleshoot and repair or able to convey symptoms with accuracy to supervisor or TC. Able to assume temporary role of supervisor in place of his/her absence. Must own complete set of hand tools and air up to 1 1/2 inch. Can troubleshoot and repair a variety of problems. Knows generic terms for parts and functions.
Wage range $23.25 - 26.25
Able to complete all jobs contracted by company with no supervision and limited company tooling. Able to find the solutions to any problem either by using internal or external sources. Able to troubleshoot, repair, and assist less knowledgeable techs and supervise any duration. Must own complete tools and air to perform all aspects of work excluding specialty. Can troubleshoot and repair all aspects of trucks.
